A Review of the Austermann Presidency
2005-2007

Editor’s Note: Ginny’s watch was quite productive. During her tenure, we held a Prop Sale and a Spring Bazaar; set up a Fundraising Committee; ran a Summer Youth Camp; resurrected our Youth Theatre; strengthened our ties with the Chamber; re-established a presence in the Independence Day parade; and restructured our bylaws.

We asked Ginny the same two questions we asked Will Carson: What do you consider to be your greatest accomplishments? What is your vision for our future?

THEATERGUILDWG.ORG: What do you consider to be your greatest accomplishments during your tenure?

GINNY: I feel that I was able to establish a Board of Directors that supported each other and the Guild. We may not have seen eye to eye on everything, however, we had the Guild's best interest at heart.

THEATERGUILDWG.ORG: What vision do you have for the Guild's future?

GINNY: With the formation of the Fund Raising Committee, I foresee the Guild reestablishing our financial situation. I feel the Guild will continue to present first-rate plays (new as well as the old standards) and recruit new directors.
